Andrew Bobyn

Andrew is a registered Architect (AIBC) with over 25 years of experience delivering complex institutional and residential projects across British Columbia. He has played key roles in the delivery of major campus developments, including student residences at the University of British Columbia and new buildings and upgrades at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
His work is centered on the effective execution of projects through design development, construction documentation, and contract administration, with particular strength in maintaining schedule, coordinating large consultant teams, and advancing projects through construction within active campus environments.
Andrew has led projects through all phases, with a portfolio that includes large-scale student residences, academic and private school facilities, mixed-use residential developments, hotels, and industrial buildings. He is recognized for producing clear, coordinated documentation, managing complex approvals and construction processes, and delivering well-executed buildings on demanding timelines.
Prior to joining BHA in 2023, Andrew worked with leading architectural firms in Vancouver and in Nagoya, Japan, contributing to a wide range of residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
